Head Coach Carina Sauter
Carina Sauter is a third-year teacher and coach at Lake Oconee Academy. She teaches 8th grade ELA and Library Research. Sauter graduated from the University of Georgia in 2019 with a BSEd in English Education and a BA in English. She earned her MEd in English Education from UGA in 2020.
Sauter was born and raised in Randolph, New Jersey where she played soccer and basketball. She also swam, ran track and cross country. She moved to Georgia in 2015 to attend UGA and now lives in Greensboro with her boyfriend, Jacob, and their dog, Chesney.
